Milke Danda Trekking
This Milke danda Trekking is long and high forest ridge that divides the Arun and Tamur valley in the eastern Nepal. This Milke Danda Trekking start trek from Basantapur or Tumlingtar and duration of this Milke Danda Trek is 14 days up this ridge, This Milke Danda Treks offers Himalayan views of Makalu (8463m) to the west and Kanchenjunga(8586m world’s third highest peak) to the east. The Milke Danda ridge eventually ends in some high peaks, so we have to retrace our route back down Chainpur and ending the trek at Tumlingtar or Basantapur. There are huge forests of rhododendrons along the ridge. Specially Milke Danda is the popular area in Nepal, where we can see many different kind of flowers including the Nepal’s national flower rhododendrons. Day 01: Arrival Transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02: Half day City Tours/ Afternoon Free.
Day 03: Kathmandu – Tumlingtar by flight and trek to Hokse.
Day 04: Hokse – Chainpur
Day 05: Chainpur – Jaljala
Day 06: Jaljala – Bhalukhop
Day 07: Bhalukhop – Milke Danda
Day 08: Milke Danda excursion and to see the beautiful views of Mt. Kanchanjung and Mt. Makalu.
Day 09: Milke Danda – Down hill to Mayamv
Day 10: Mayam – Chainpur
Day 11: Chainpur- Tumlingtar
Day 12: Tumligtar – Kathmandu by flight.
Day 13: In Kathmandu Free Day.
Day 14: Trip ends ! fly back home, taking with you the memory of a life time.
