The Everest (Solukhumbu) region of Nepal is amongst the most dramatic and picturesque regions in the Himalayas. The Everest region is home for the Sherpa people who live in the shades of Mt. Everest and are interwoven with the teachings of Buddhism.  The park is largely composed of the rugged terrain and gorges of the high Himalayas. Altitude ranges from 2845 meters above the sea level to the top of the world in Everest region.  The trekking trail also starts from jiri but fly to Lukla is the best option to trek in the Everest Region. However, the helicopter service and chartered flights are also available on request.  Throughout this trek trekkers are overwhelmed with views of unbelievable peaks, Buddhist monasteries and friendly Sherpa villages.  The first national park of Nepal, Sagarmatha National Park is the major attraction of this region which bestows an encounter of exclusive flora and fauna. The Everest Trek is one of the most thrilling adventure treks for excitement-seekers.
