Located at the Eastern Himalayas range at an altitude of 6,170 meters, Ama Dablam is one of the most beautiful mountains that translate as “Mother Necklace”. If you trek in Everest region, Ama Dablam will be in your sight of several days. Ama Dablam base camp trek lies on the way to Everest Base Camp, however many people are not aware about the beauty of this region and decide not to visit allowing us to have a less crowded trek on the lap of the most beautiful mountain of the world.
Ama Dablam Base Camp trek begins from Lukla from where we head in the direction of Phakding crossing the suspension bridge over the Dudhkoshi River. After spending a night in Phakding we finally reach Namche Bazzar where we will spend two nights for acclimatization. The journey then takes us in the direction of Pangboche via Tyangboche. In Tyangboche we visit a monastery which was initially constructed in 1912 which was destroyed by fire and later re constructed with the help of Sir Edmund Hillary in 1989. After reaching the Ama Dablam Base Camp we descent down passing Phortse and Khumjung on our way to Lukla.

Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu Transfer to the Hotel [1,338m].
Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. “B”. (06-07 Hours).
Day 03: Mountain Flight to Lukla [2,810 m], Trek To Phakdaing [2,640 m]. (03-04hrs).
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar [3,440 m]. (05-06hrs).
Day 05: Rest day at Namche [3,440 m] Side trip to Syangboche [3,833 m]. (02-03hrs).
Day 06: Trek to Tyangboche [3,860 m]. (05-06hrs).
Day 07: Trek to Pangboche [4,010 m]. (03-05hrs).
Day 08: Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp [4,500 m]. (04-05hrs).
Day 09: Trek to Phortse [3,867 m]. (05-06hrs).
Day 10: Trek to Khumjung [3,780 m]. (03-04hrs).
Day 11: Trek to Phankding [2810 m].. (05-06hrs).
Day 12: Trek to Lukla [2,810 m]. (04-05hrs).
Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu [1,338m]..
Day 14: In Kathmandu rest day [1,338m]..
Day 15: Trip ends ! fly back home, taking with you the memory of a life time.
