Manaslu, Annapurna Circuit and Upper Mustang Trek is a long trek designed by Adventure Treks Nepal for trekkers willing to spend a long vacation in the Highlands of the Himalayas. Stretching in the central part of Nepal, this specially designed trek to Upper Mustang from Manalsu via Thorang pass is a month-long voyage with some of the best amazing views of the Himalayas along with a great display of ancient Tibetan Buddhism.
Starting from Low land of Gorkha district, this long adventure in Manaslu and Annapurna region allows a traveler to experience everything that the geography of Nepal has to offer. From dense Rhododendron forests to Juniper trees followed by Rocky terrain to snowy mountains, this month long Adventure has it all. The hike through the valley of Manaslu through the mighty Larke La Pass [5,160 m] and Thorong La Pass [5,416 m] will be challenging but over the period of a month you will be surrounded by some of the amazing sceneries in the world.
The aim of this trek is to complete the central Himalayas of Nepal in a single visit with the additional option of adding a trek to the lost valley, Nar Phu Valley Trek. The region is absolutely beautiful but trekkers should have a good level of fitness to complete this trek. This month-long journey is not for first time hikers.

What is the highest point of this trek?
The highest point of Manaslu, Annapurna Circuit with Upper Mustang Trek is at Thorang La Pass 5,416 meters above Sea Level. Larke La Pass at 5,160 meters is the second highest point.
Will we reach the China Border?

Are there ATMs along the trail?
There are few places with ATMs such as in Manang, Muktinath and Lomanthang.
What are the possible side trips in this trek?
During this month-long trek you can add a few days to explore Tibet Border from Samdo, Ice Lake and Milarepa Cave in Manang.
Which other treks can we add on this trek?
As this trek falls inside Manaslu and Annapurna Conservation Area you can also add Tsum Valley Trek, Narphu Valley Trek and Tilicho Lake Trek. However adding all these treks will extend a minimum of 2 weeks.

The best time to do this trek is April/May and Oct/Nov.
