Please go through our terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip with Adventure Treks Nepal (P) Ltd.
General Booking Conditions:
• For Nepal Trips (Tours/Treks etc.): We request our clients to deposit 25% of the total amount along with Passport copies and passport size Photo (By Scanning). for the trip confirmation with Adventure Treks Nepal. Rest of the remaining payment can be wired any time before the trip starts by bank transfer. or pay in cash (USD) once you arrive in Kathmandu (For Nepal Trips).
• For Bhutan, China (Tibet), Sikkim (India) (Tours/Treks etc.): We request our clients to deposit 40% (For Bhutan) and 50% (China (Tibet), Sikkim (India) of the total amount along with Passport copies and passport size Photo (By Scanning). for the trip confirmation with Adventure Treks Nepal. Rest of the remaining payment can be wired at least 30 days prior to your departure date if you intend to fly to those countries directly. We reserve our right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our stipulated time.
(For the busy season it is always better to confirm your trip in advance for smooth operation).

Travel Insurance: To join one of our trips, we highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, flight cancellation, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc. Adventure Treks Nepal Private Limited do not offer any kind of travel insurance. So, Please arrange the Travel insurance from your country before your travel to Nepal.
Passport and Visas Requirements: All clients must own a legal passport with validity of at least 6 months from the return date. Nepalese visas are issued by the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport. A Nepalese visa with 15 and 30 days validity costs USD 30 and USD 50 respectively.
Risk and Liabilities: All the countries like Nepal, China (Tibet) and Bhutan tours / treks are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country. We are not liable for any change or cancellation of all the trips under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the countries, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, mountain sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended (to covered all these cases).
Flight Delay and Cancellation: Flight delays and cancellation are quite often during the bad weather conditions in the remote areas particularly in Everest region (Lukla / Phaplu Airports), Annapurna region (Pokhara Airport), Dolpo (Juphal Airport), Humla (Simikot Airport) regions etc. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Adventure Treks Nepal Private Limited will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.
Last minute booking: We accept last minute booking only for Nepal trips 7 days prior to the trip departure dates. Last minute booking may not be acceptable in the case of Bhutan, China (Tibet), India etc.. trips.
Health: Good health and physical fitness are required on all of our trips. We recommend all of our clients a physical examination before you book the trip with us.
During the Trips (Tours/Treks etc.): If any client engages in any unlawful, prohibited, or inappropriate activity during the tour and, as a result, is detained, fined, deported, or required to leave Nepal by local authorities, Adventure Treks Nepal Private Limited will not be responsible for any refunds, compensation, or recovery of unused services. All costs, penalties, or consequences arising from such actions shall be borne entirely by the client. Also no refund ending Trekking (Trip) earlier in any case.
Note: If no of Pax is reduced trip cost will be higher according to no of Pax.
Incomplete Trips Policy: Adventure Treks Nepal private Limited is not responsible for issuing refunds for any trips (Treks/Tours/Peak climbing etc.) if the client (Clients) left incomplete due to personal decisions, health conditions, or any other reasons arising from the client’s side. Once the trip has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused services, missed days, or early departures, regardless of any reason. ( Ending Trekking (Trips) earlier Reason in any case).
Unexpected Circumstances (Before your arrival in Nepal or after trip started): Your trip will not be refunded if it is cancelled or interrupted by events outside of our control, such as natural catastrophes, International (Domestic) flight cancellation. severe (Bad) weather, political unrest, snow, landslides, governmental limitations, or safety-related issues. Nevertheless, the entire payment will be kept as trip credit for further trips with us. Subject to availability and operational viability, this credit may be applied to a different itinerary or rescheduled trip inside Nepal at a later time. If there are any extra expenses incurred due to this cancellation are your responsibility.
Postpone the trips:
• A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
• In case of postpone of Nepal trips (Tours/Treks), minimum USD 200 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.
• In case of postpone your trips to China (Tibet), (Sikkim) India and Bhutan Tour, trip cancellation charge will be charged as per the trending market rate of those country. It solely depends upon the ongoing policy of our agents in China (Tibet), India (Sikkim) and Bhutan. For now, 50 % of trip cost and 40 % of trip cost will be charged in case of postpone of China (Tibet), (Sikkim) India and Bhutan trip respectively.
Special Notes: Above mentioned terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party (Through our Agents around the world), you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
