Cancellation Policy:
- For any cancellation made 30 Days before the departure date there shall be no cancellation charge. (There is a cancellation charge for domestic flights or Kathmandu-(Paro) Lhasa-Kathmandu flight cancellation charge).
- 10% against total cost of trip if cancellations made prior to 30 - 25 days before departure date. (Plus any domestic flight or Kathmandu- (Paro) Lhasa-Kathmandu flight cancellation charge).
- 25% against total cost of trip if cancellations made prior to 25-20 days before departure date. (Plus any domestic flight or Kathmandu- (Paro) Lhasa-Kathmandu flight cancellation charge).
- 50% against total cost of trip if cancellations made prior to 20-10 days before departure date. (Plus any domestic flight or Kathmandu- (Paro) Lhasa-Kathmandu flight cancellation charge).
10 days or less, prior to arrival or no show (Full Payment) - NO REFUND. Also no refund ending Trekking (Trip) earlier in any case.
Note: If no of Pax is reduced trip cost will be higher according to no of Pax.
