Annapurna Circuit trekking is regarded as one of the most beautiful trekking trails all around the world. The magnificent Himalayan views and the unique landscape this region offers is beyond our expectations. During this trip our first destination will be Nar Phu village, one of the last human settlements bordering Tibet. Nar Phu village is also known for its warm hospitality and its wilderness. Nar Phu Valley region is comparatively less developed and hence you will be able to experience the lifestyles of people living in remote areas of Nepal. Nar Phu region was a restricted area and no one was allowed to visit there before 2003. Our Nar Phu and Annapurna Circuit is a modified version to the Classic Annapurna Circuit trail.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by the representatives of Adventure Treks Nepal. After wandering around the world heritage sites of Kathmandu we then drive towards the Himalayas. Our trek begins from Chamje from where we hike on the trail that leads to Annapurna Circuit until Dharapani. From where we join the trail which will take us to the beautiful Nar Phu valley via Kyang. We will spend a full day at Nar Phu Valley exploring the surroundings of this area. While returning we cross the Kangla Pass and again join the trail to Annapurna Circuit in Nagwal. From Nagwal it is a gradual walk towards Manang. We will stay an extra day in Manang acclimatizing. We then head towards Tilicho Lake, the world's highest altitude lake. On our way to Tilicho Lake we spent a night in Shree Kharka.
Witnessing the magnificent views of the mountains surrounding the lake at an altitude of 4,919m we then return back to Shree Kharka and head towards Thorang Phedi via Yak Kharkha and Letdar. We then head towards the highlight of the trip, Thorang La Pass. We gradually ascended towards Thorang La Pass (5,416m), the highest point of this trip from where the view is something one can't describe in words. Staying at the pass for a while we begin to go downhill before it starts to get windy. We reach Muktinath, a holy temple. Many Hindu people come to visit this temple. On our last day of trekking, we trek to Jomsom from where we catch a flight to Pokhara.
