Day 01: Kathmandu [1,338 m]: A representative from Adventure Treks Nepal will be waiting outside the Tribhuwan International Airport according to your time of arrival. Once you land you will be transferred to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar.
Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu [1,338 m] - (B): After your breakfast at the hotel we will begin our sightseeing tour around the Kathmandu Valley. Firstly, we will drive to Swyamnbhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple. Located at top of the hill this temple holds great values in Hindu and Buddhist culture. After monkey temple we will drive towards Kathmandu Durbar Square, the ancient royal palace of Kathmandu Valley. The Palace is now a museum so we will witness much information regarding the ancient Nepal. In Kathmandu Durbar Square we will also visit the Kumari House who is regarded as the Living goddess. We will then have our Lunch followed by a drive to another Royal Palace named Patan Durbar Square. Patan has a long Buddhist History and the four corners of the city are marked by Stupas erected by the great Buddhist emperor Ashoka around 250 BCE. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar.
Day 03: Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu [1,338 m] - (B): After Breakfast we will head towards Bhaktapur, the city of arts and crefts. You will see extraordinary wood crafting arts around Bhaktapur. The city is also known as city of Devotees and center of medieval art and architecture which was founded by King Anand Dev in 899 AD. Around Bhaktapur we will visit the Nyatapola temple, the most beautiful temple of Nepal, the 15th century palace of 55 windows, Golden gate and other place of Interest. Then we will head towards the holy Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most scared Hindu shrine in the world. After spending some time at the bank of Holy Bagmati river we will then head towards Bouddhanath Stupa, another Buddhist landmark which is a most to visit when in Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar.
Day 04: In Kathmandu [1,338 m] - (B): Today is a leisure Day. You will have free time to walk around the streets of Thamel or spend quality time with your friends and family. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar
Day 05: Kathmandu-Lhasa - (B): Transfer to the Tribhuwan International Airport for the flight to Gongar Airport. Drive around 65km to reach Lhasa. Check in hotel and the rest of the day is at leisure and acclimatization. Overnight stay at Hotel Yak or Similar
Day 06: Lhasa sightseeing - (B): After your breakfast we will begin our sightseeing around Lhasa. Firstly, we will visit the Potala Palace which is regarded as one of the most beautiful architectural building in the world because of its spectacular architecture style. Then we will head towards the holiest temple in Tebetan Buddhism, the Jokhang Temple followed by Norbu Linka, the palace of Dalai lama. Lastly we will visit Barkhour Market. Lying in the Lhasa Old Town, Barkhor Street or Bakuo Street, reputed as the “heart of Lhasa”, is the most famous pilgrimage circuit and bustling bazaar in Lhasa.Overnight at Hotel Yak or Similar
Day 07: Lhasa sightseeing - (B): Today we will be visiting the great three Gelug universities gompas of Tibet. After your breakfast we will head towards Drepung Monastery followed by visit to Sera and Ganden monastery. The monasteries are popular destinations for travellers and famous for their afternoon monk philosophy. The roads are lined with beautiful trees and the debating courtyard looks like a private garden for kings. Overnight at Hotel Yak or Similar.
Day 08: Drive to Gyantse (3950m) (261 km) - (B): We begin our day with a drive alon the Friendship Highway passing Khamba La at 4,794m with extraordinary views of Yamdrok-tso Lake and Nazin Kang Sa (7,252m). We then will drive through Karo La Pass at an elevation of 5,045m above Sea Level. After driving 261 km on the beautiful lands of Tibet, we will finally reach Gyantse for our overnight stay. Over night at Hotel Yeti or similar.
Day 09: Sightseeing in Gyantse and drive to Xegar (4050m) 344km- (B): The day begins with a sightseeing tour around Gyantse. We visit the Gyantse Dzong, one of the best preserved Dzong in Tibet located high above the town of Gyantse from where we can have incredible view of Gyantse and the surrounding Nyang Chu Valley.Kumbum also has a large gold-domed stupa and houses several chapels and Tibetan Buddhist murals. After Exploring Gyantse we will begin our Drive above tree line to Xegar. On the way visit Shakya Monastery. Overnight at Everest Resort.
Day 10: Drive to Rongbuk (5000m) (68 km) - Explore Everest base camp - (B): After your breakfast we continue our journey further ahead towards Pang La Pass at an elevation of 5150m above the sea level. During the drive you will have marvelous views of snowcapped mountains from Makalu to Shishapangma. After driving for 68 km we will be at Rongbuk from where we head to explore the Everest Base Camp (5,150m) which has the best view of the north face of the mighty Everest. It truly is an awe-inspiring place with the sheer north face of the highest mountain in the world towering above you.Overnight at a guest house.
Day 11: Rongbuk-Shigatse (3900m) - (B): After spending a night near Everest Base Camp we will drive to Sighatse . The drive will offer you great views of mountains and valleys on our way to Sighatse, the second largest Tibetan city. Overnight at Hotel Manasarover or similar.
Day 12: Shigatse - Lhasa - (B): After your breakfast, before starting our drive to Lhasa we will explore Shigatse further more. We will have sightseeing tour in Shigatse where we will have a chance to explore the Tashilhunpo Monastery, one of the largest functioning in Tibet which is the major attraction of Shigatse. Then drive to Ljasa via new road. Overnight at Hotel Yak or similar.
Day 13: Lhasa - Kathmandu [1,338 m] - (B): After breakfast at Hotel we transfer you to the Gongar Airport to fly to Kathmandu. Pick up and Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar.
Day 14: Kathmandu - Departure - (B): After early breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the Airport according to your flight time. Return back home with memories that last lifetime.
