Our Tiger - Rhino Nepal tour package take you to witness two of the rare animals, Tiger in Bardiya National Park and Rhino in Chitwan National Park. While spending time in these two National Parks you will involve yourselves in many wildlife activities along with our nature guides to add more knowledge to your stay. From riding an elephant to walking inside the thick forests, the excitement never ends as long as you are into the nature. This tour has no age barrier and can be done by people of all age. While your stay in Chitwan National Park, don’t miss the wooden boat ride in Rapti River with alligators sunbathing at the riverbanks.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Namaste Nepal: We arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. You will be transferred by the guides to the hotel. We check-in and you have free time. Overnight stay at Hotel Manang or Similar.

Day 02: Kathmandu - fly to Nepalgunj - Drive to Bardia: After breakfast at hotel we fly to Nepalgunj, On your arrival at Nepalgunj Airport our staff will receive you. You will then be transferred to our Lodge where you will be offered refreshment & be given a briefing on the lodge and its facilities. After being given your programmes for the day, your room will then be allocated to you. Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and Lifestyle of the Tharus. Elephant breeding center visit and Sunset View from the Karnali river bank. Dinner and wildlife information before go to sleep. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Rhino or Similar.

Day 03: Bardia: Wakeup call, breakfast, half day Jungle Walk. An opportunity to see the wild animals, small mammals, birds and waits in the Tower (Machan) to have the wild sightseeing, accompanied by our experienced naturalists and wild life tracker. Half day Tiger Tracking & Bird watching. An excellent opportunity to see a Royal Bengal Tiger and a great many species of birds found in Bardia National Park. Packed Lunch will be provided. Excellent photographic opportunities are plentiful. Dinner and sharing wildlife experiences before go to sleep. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Rhino or Similar.

Day 04: Bardia: Wakeup call, breakfast, full day Jeep Safari inside Bardia National Park. An opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tiger and many more wild animals .You will also encounter many other smaller mammals. Packed lunch will be provided for lunch. Crocodile breeding center visit which is in the entrance of National Park. Dinner and sharing of wildlife experiences before going to sleep. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Rhino or Similar.

Day 05: Bardia: Wakeup call, breakfast, half day Jeep Safari inside Bardia National Park. A continued opportunity to see the Royal Bengal Tiger and you will again also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Bardia their home. Lunch will be provided at the hotel, but if you want to spend more time in the national park you can have your packed lunch inside the park. Afternoon half day Tiger tracking and Bird watching. An excellent opportunity to see wild animals and a great many species of birds found in Bardia. Evening: National cultural dance by the local Tharu people at the hotel premises. Dinner and a sharing of wildlife experience before going to sleep. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Rhino or Similar.

Day 06: Bardia - Nepalgunj - Kathmandu: Wakeup call, breakfast, then drives to Nepalgung onward flight to Kathmandu. Own relax. Hotel Manang or Similar. (Breakfast Included).

Day 07: In Kathmandu: Visit Bhaktapur city 15 km from Kathmandu, known as city of Devotees and center of medieval art and architecture founded by King Anand Dev in 889 AD, visit Nyatpola temple, the most beautiful temple of Nepal, the 15th century palace of 55 windows, Golden gate and other place of Interest. PM: Visit Pashupatinath temple one of the most sacred Hindu shrine in the World. The holy river Bagmati and the burning ghats and also visit one of the oldest and biggest stupa of Boudhanath to meet the Tibetan culture, Hotel Manang or Similar. (Breakfast Included).

Day 08: Kathmandu - Drive to Chitwan National Park: After early breakfast at hotel we have aprox 6 hrs by drive to Chitwan National Park. Transfer to the lodge followed by refreshments. Lunch at arrival and a briefing about the Programme. Then experience a Cultural visit to Tharu Village, Riverside Sunset View. In evening the Tharu stick dance and Dinner. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Parkland or Similar.

Day 09: Chitwan National Park: Wake up call, breakfast, Canoeing (Buddi Rapti) / short Jungle Walk, visit elephant breeding center, lunch,. Afternoon Elephant Back Safari. Evening dinner. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Parkland or Similar.

Day 10: Chitwan National Park: Wake up call, Tea / Coffee, Breakfast, Jeep Drive inside the National Park, lunch at hotel, time for relax/refreshment. Evening dinner (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included). Hotel Parkland or Similar.

Day 11: Chitwan - flight to Kathmandu: After breakfast in Chitwan, we drive to bharatpur Airport, fly back to Kathmandu. Pick up and transfer to the Hotel. (Breakfast, Included). Hotel Manang or Similar.

Day 12: Departure: Transfer to KTM Airport for flight back home - end of Tour programme . (Breakfast Included).

If you are thinking about how to obtain Nepal visa, then the easiest way to obtain it is at the Tribhuwan International Airport upon your arrival in Nepal or else at the immigration entry point if you are entering through the border of India or Tibet.

Note: There are few countries namely Nigeria, Ghana, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Cameroon, Swaziland, Iraq, Ethiopia, Liberia, Palestine, etc. People from these countries do not get visa from the immigration entry points of Nepal.)

What do you need to obtain Nepal visa?

If you are thinking of taking visa at the airport or immigration entry point, following are your requirements:

* A valid passport (The passport should have validity of at least six months)
* You should fill the application form for visa available at airport or immigration entry points.
* Two passport size photos
* Visa fees which should be paid in cash.

Entry points to Nepal

* Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu.
* Eastern Nepal - Kakarvitta, Jhapa.
* Central Nepal - Birjung, Parsa.
* Northern Border - Kodari, Sindhupalchowk. (Now closed after earthquake).
* Northern Border - Kerung, Rasuwa.
* Western - Rupandehi (Belhiya, Bhairahawa).
* Mid-western - Banke (Jamuna, Nepalgunj).
* Far western - Kailali (Mohana, Dhangadhi) / Kanchanpur (Gaddachauki, Mahendranagar).

Visa Fees

* USD 30 or equivalent convertible currency for 15 days.
* USD 50 or equivalent convertible currency for 30 days.
* USD 125 or equivalent convertible currency for 90 days.
* For the tourist of SAARC nationals, free visa up to 30 days.
* Visa is not required for Indian nationals. However, if they enter Nepal via air, they will have to show a valid identification certificate (passport/ citizenship certificate). The children under the age of 10 do not need to show identification certificate.

Visa Extension

* Tourist visa extension is done for minimum 15 days with USD 45 and USD 3 per day for additional days.
* In the case of delay less than 150 days additional USD 5 per day as late fine.

Transit Visa

When a foreigner has to get down at Nepalese airport as a result of his/her transit point or due to any force landing for whatever the reason, the foreigner can obtain transit visa for a day after paying USD 5 or any other currency equivalent.

Other General Information

* Entering in to Nepal or staying in Nepal without a valid visa is illegal.
* Tourist visa can be obtained either through the Nepalese embassy or consulate or other mission offices in your nation or at the immigration entry points in Nepal listed above.
* Visa once issued cannot be amended and the visa fees are non-refundable.
* You should pay the Nepal visa fees in cash. Credit card or cheque are not acceptable.
* Visa charges are not applicable for children under 10 years of age, however, they must obtain a valid visa.
* If you are obtaining a new passport or travel document, you are advised to contact the Immigration Department for the document transfer.
* Always carry your passport and trekking permit while on trekking.
* Some of the areas are restricted for filming. Therefore, be careful not to do the activities that are strictly prohibited.
* The culture, tradition and sentiments of Nepalese people should be respected.
* Do not perform any activities that would hurt their sentiments.
* Do not perform any activities that would lead to moral turpitude.
